USH Event Facilities Request Form

Thank you for using the USH Facilities Use Request Form!  This form is for use by individuals and groups affiliated with the United Synagogue of Hoboken.

Please note at certain times it may not be possible to completely empty the social hall and we will move items to the stage area and cover and hide in an attractive non intrusive manner.

Your event listing on the USH Website:
If your event is a USH sponsored event on our website.  Please provide to images:
1.  1080px × 1080px  this will be used on the event page, facebook, instagram, bulletin board and outside USH.  this should contain all important information.
2.  1000px x 400px this will be displayed in our Event Listing on the Website, if not provided your event will be listed without an image.
3.  After your event is approved, please send these images to:
     office@hobokensynagogue.org
