IN-PERSON SERVICES REGISTRATION
Thank you for join us for the High Holidays at USH!
To attend indoor services all attendees must register and provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination prior to receiving tickets to inside events.  You will have the opportunity to upload documentation on the registration form. 
In order to provide a safe environment we can no longer accept registration for:
Yom Kippur Afternoon Service -Mincha followed by Kol Nidre - Wednesday, September 15 @ 6:00pm
Yom Kippur Morning Service - Thursday, September 16 @ 9:30am
 refers to a service at which tickets are required.  
All other indoor services and programs are free for those who have pre-registered and have provided proof of COVD 19 Vaccination, but ticket holders have expedited entry and seating priority.)
Tickets will be mailed (or at will-call the day of the services) to USH members and guests that have purchased tickets, once proof of vaccination has been approved.
Services take place in the sanctuary unless otherwise indicated.  Services in the sanctuary will also be live-streamed.
Indoor services require masks. Masks are optional at outdoor services, however bring a mask to wear incase social distancing can not be maintained.
 
Please list the names of all vaccinated children that will be attending.  Children over 21 years of age, may register on their own as adults.
Yom Kippur Services

Mincha @ 5:15pm
  Ticket and Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Required

OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF USH the concluding Services will follow: Neilah (concluding service) @ 6:45pm
Final Shofar Blast @ 7:45pm  (followed by light break-fast)
Free to the Public - Please bring masks to outdoor services as masks may need to be worn if distancing cannot be maintained
Non-members, suggested Donation, $180 dollar / person.
