- Snacks: Please make sure that your child eats their snacks before or after Learning Center. - Volunteer Opportunities: In August, we will mail each family a Volunteer Sign-up sheet for the 2011-2012 school year along with the 2011-2012 school calendar. Indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices on the form. Volunteering can mean attending a class trip, being a class parent, helping with an art program, assisting with a holiday program, cooking class, etc. These volunteer opportunities can be used to fulfill your volunteer obligations to USH.
- Early Dismissal and Signing out Policy: If your child is leaving before normal dismissal time for their class, please send an email telling us when they are leaving and whom they leaving with or that you are giving them permission to leave on their own. All children must go to the office and sign out, in the early dismissal book even if we have an email from you.
